Welcome LaRae Flood to ESU 10 I am excited to be a part of the ESU 10 Team as the Services Coordinator Team Leader for Early Development Network. I hold a Bachelor of Social Work degree (UNK), am a Certified Social Worker, and am pursuing my Master of Social Work degree from UNO Grace Abbott School of Social Work.

My past work experience is in mental health, Children and Family Services with DHHS, Early Childhood with my in-home childcare business and most recently as the Family Engagement Specialist with Kearney Public Schools.

My family brings me the most joy and many surprises as my husband Mike and I have four daughters ages 14, 8, 8, (twins) and 5. Mike is a laboratory scientist and is the Blood Bank Specialist at CHI Good Samaritan Hospital.

I love animals, nature, getting to know new and interesting people, and the fulfilling work with this amazing ESU 10 Team. It has already been my pleasure to work amongst the best and brightest at ESU 10 and I am thrilled to see what the future holds for the Early Development Network.
