Sue Presler will introduce participants to five types of feedback, focusing on the types of feedback that are actionable and manageable for classroom teachers. Using the calibration protocol for feedback conversations, participants will learn the importance of paraphrasing and inquiry during the feedback process. Participants will use scenarios to determine a teacher's way of knowing and the best way to approach a feedback conversation. 

Sue was a music teacher (K-12), Instructional coach, assistant principal, Director of Professional Development for a Regional Office of Education, Coordinating Consultant Global Outreach, Thinking Collaborative; Sue is a Training Associate for Habits of Mind, Cognitive Coaching, and Adaptive Schools.  Sue has presented Cognitive Coaching, Adaptive Schools and Habits of Mind in Australia, Hong Kong, and Singapore.
