Elementary (3rd-5th Grade) Battle of the Books

ESU 10 is excited to welcome a new student event…

Battle of the Books

This event is all about reading, having fun, and thinking deeply about books!

Participating schools may register one school per division (Elementary- 3rd-5th; Middle School-6th-8th).  Each team can have up to six members. If there are open seats as we get closer, additional teams will open up for schools.

When registering, please note, if your 6th grade is part of the elementary school system in your district, please register them for the elementary Battle of the Books (Grades 4-5-6). If your 6th grade is part of the middle school system, please register them for the middle school Battle of the Books (Grades 6-7-8).

This contest is a mix of comprehension book knowledge along with project based activities specific to the books. Students are not required to read all ten books, but instead the reading can be spread out amongst the team members.
