Foundation Cognitive Coaching Seminars® are eight-day trainings and are delivered in two 4 day series.
The agendas for these days include the Planning Conversation Map, the Reflecting Conversation Map, and the Tools of Cognitive CoachingSM.
In Part 1, participants will learn how to:

develop trust and rapport with others
-
support others in becoming self-directed
-
utilize conversation structures for planning and reflecting to develop Educator’s autonomy and sense of community
-
develop higher levels of efficacy, consciousness, craftsmanship, flexibility and interdependence in others
-
know when and how to: coach, evaluate, consult, and collaborate
-
use communication skills of pausing, paraphrasing, and posing questions
-
distinguish among the five forms of feedback
-
use data to mediate thinking
