In this workshop you will go through the steps of setting up a Build and then a Load. 

This is done in four phases:
1. Prepare to Build the Master Schedule
2. Build Master Schedule Introduction
3. Load Students
4. Commit the Master Schedule 

This workshop is designed to help you get started with this process. Please come ready to work on your own schools information. Laundry List of Needs for the Workshop:
1. Access to PowerScheduler
2. List of Teachers  
3. School Calendar for next year
4. Room Numbers if sharing rooms
5. Course List - including new courses
6. What terms courses are taught
7. Teacher assignments
8. Know when teachers are available to teach certain courses
