This training is designed to help participants improve their paraprofessional skills in order to work effectively with students and supervising teachers. Possible topics covered: Roles/responsibilities, confidentiality, communication, ethics and Special Education considerations. This training will be differentiated to meet the needs of paras serving various grade levels, content areas, and diverse populations.
