The New Teacher Academy is designed to help prepare and support new teachers through their first year in the classroom. Mentors will receive support on how to best provide assistance to their mentees and will also be given time to collaborate and build relationships with their new teachers. This workshop series is based on the new Nebraska Teacher Performance Standards.
