Cooperative Purchasing

The cooperative purchasing program is highly utilized with total district purchases in excess of $1,710,000. The variety and quality of products offered through several cooperative buys results in substantial savings for those involved. Distance Education Council

ESU 10 serves the Educational Service Unit Coordinating Council (ESUCC) by hosting the statewide distance education director. This program coordinates distance education services to provide the most cost–effective opportunities for the students, teachers, and school districts in each educational service unit. The duties include the preparation of strategic plans to assure cost-efficient and equitable delivery of services across the state, administration of statewide initiatives and provision of statewide services, and coordination of distance education.
