Self-Compassion For Educators Online Course  



Mindful Schools has partnered with the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion (CMSC) to offer a training designed specifically for educators.

Dr. Kristin Neff – researcher, author, and professor widely recognized as one of the world’s leading experts on self-compassion – is the lead instructor in this course.

This 6-week online training is designed for educators to dive into the research, practice, and experience of self-compassion. Enhance your well-being and revitalize your deep motivation for helping others.

While this course is online, there will be optional Zoom meetings set up throughout the course to connect with teachers from the area. The first meeting will be on February 2, from 3:30-4:30 with other meetings to be determined by the group.

Title IV Consortium will cover the cost of the course for participants from member schools. 

Registration and Cancellation deadline is January 12. 
Because the course has to be purchased beforehand, any cancelations after the registration deadline (January 12)  will be billed the workshop fee if the spot isn’t filled.
