ODIE is a suite of web applications developed by in-house programmers and stands for Open Door Information Exchange. ODIE serves as the major vehicle for interaction with school staff in the areas of technical support, computer repair, resources, and professional development.
Technical Services include the Helpdesk and Computer Audio-Visual Service Center. The Helpdesk provides technical support in the Windows, Apple, and Google Chrome environments and network design and troubleshooting. Learn more about Helpdesk and the support they provide here.
The Computer Audio-Visual Service Center provides repair and diagnostic service on many types of computers, audio, and video equipment with trained and certified technicians. ESU 10 CAV is an Authorized Apple Service Center.
