ODIE is a suite of web applications developed by in-house programmers and stands for Open Door Information Exchange. ODIE serves as the major vehicle for interaction with school staff in the areas of technical support, computer repair, resources, and professional development.

Technical Services include the Helpdesk and Computer Audio-Visual Service Center. The Helpdesk provides technical support in the Windows, Apple, and Google Chrome environments and network design and troubleshooting. Learn more about Helpdesk and the support they provide here.

The Computer Audio-Visual Service Center provides repair and diagnostic service on many types of computers, audio, and video equipment with trained and certified technicians. ESU 10 CAV is an Authorized Apple Service Center.

ODIE also serves in other functions such as inventory, electronic travel and absence requests, and staff evaluations to name a few of its many capabilities. Schools wanting these features are welcomed and encouraged to take advantage of the services. Contact Ron Cone at rcone@esu10.org.

ODIE is where administrators, teachers, and staff can register for professional development. The Workshops portion lists valuable training and learning opportunities at all levels.
