Erate Support Services  

E-rate Support is part of ESU 10 Managed Services and focuses on assisting schools with completing the processes required by the Universal Service Corporation for discounts on telecommunications services. These requirements include filing numerous reports, letting bids or requests for proposals, and completing on-line requests to receive calculated discounts for eligible services. Most schools will receive between 50% and 90% discounts if the process is completed properly and the applications for discounts are approved.  ESU 10 assisted in filing 84 applications which resulted in approved discounts totaling over $719,000 for the 2015-16 funding year.
