ESU 10 Receives 2017 Governor’s Wellness Award

ESU 10 was awarded the 2017 Governor’s Wellness Award at the 15th Annual Safety and Wellness Conference held in September. Lieutenant Governor Mike Foley made the presentations to businesses throughout Nebraska. ESU 10 qualified by improving their habits in health and physical activities through our EHA (Educators Health Alliance) Wellness program.
ESU 10 has placed a focus on healthy nutrition and physical activity over the past two years with improved outcomes in both areas. There was a 12% improvement in healthy nutrition and a 7% improvement in the number of individuals with a high BMI. Congratulations and keep up the hard work!
