Assessment

Balanced Assessment is a combination of formative, interim and summative assessments created to inform teachers, students, parents, and communities of what students know and can do. It also provides a roadmap of what teachers and school systems can do next to ensure that all students can meet the standards.

Our staff is available to assist schools in the design of a balanced assessment system. Components include:

  • Assessment design
  • Administration
  • Analyze data
  • Use data to inform instruction
  • Use data to determine additional interventions
  • Evaluate core, intervention, and program data
  • Verify learning
