ESU 10 seeks to fill this position with a person who has a blend
or combination of the following qualifications, special knowledge and skills.
Master’s Degree (preferred)
Current Nebraska certification
(teaching or administrative)
regular education classroom teaching plus leadership roles
Expertise in data analysis,
curriculum, instruction, assessment, continuous improvement
High degree of professionalism
including strong communication and public relations skills
Ability to establish rapport and work
in collaboration with school district and ESU personnel
Ability to work on multiple tasks
with minimal supervision
Ability to use technology for
effective collaboration and communication
Strong organizational and planning
Ability and willingness to work
independently and as a team member
· Understand and comply with the ESU 10
Board of Education Personnel Policies and Employee Handbook.
· Work with the Teaching and Learning
Director to design and implement custom data collection and analysis projects
for purposes of research and program evaluation.
· Collaborate with all relevant parties
on research and evaluation projects.
· Contribute to the development and
implementation of district service plans.
· Support the identification,
development, delivery and evaluation of regional professional learning programming.
· Provide service to member schools
with various data types (e.g., demographic data, perception data, student
achievement data, teacher/principal evaluation data),
analysis, presentations and application.
· Provide service to member schools in
the areas of curriculum, instruction and assessment development, continuous
improvement and coaching models.
· Attend meetings and matters related
to relevant ESUPDO Affiliates, NDE and any other as named or approved by the
· Attend and contribute to Teaching and
Learning Department meetings; provide input to the Unit Improvement Team and
ESU 10 departments.
· Maintain current knowledge and
awareness of resources related to work scope outlined.
