Science in Motion: Learn, Create, Do

Envision a world where all students are learners, creators, and doers... discover innovative ways to combine technology and instructional strategies to engage students, foster creativity, and investigate a topic.  We will begin the exploration of Nebraska’s new science standards (draft version) and new ways of engaging students in 3-dimensional learning.  For part of the day the focus will be on STEM and the resources available.  Opportunities to collaborate with colleagues, share and learn instructional strategies and tools to integrate technology will be provided.  Let’s shift the focus in the classroom from teacher-centered to student-centered!
Join us for this powerful day together as we work to make science an even more amazing experience for students!
