EDN Services Coordination Supervisor  

Educational Service Unit 10, headquartered in Kearney, Nebraska, has an opening for a full time Early Development Network (EDN) Services Coordination Supervisor. This is a 12 month position. Salary will be based on experience and education with a fringe benefit package provided.


The Early Development Network (EDN) Services Coordination Supervisor is responsible for supervising services coordinator positions as well as helping families of children with special needs, birth to age three.  


This position includes the day-to-day management of the Early Intervention Program in regard to family needs within a specific region, billing, record keeping, etc. The services coordination supervisor also acts as a liaison between the services coordinators and the local planning region team.


The Services Coordination Supervisor works under the supervision of the Director of Special Education at ESU 10.  


Qualifications:  Applicants must meet these minimum requirements:

  • Supervisory or management experience in a human services, education or related field desired.
  • Any combination of training and/or experience that will enable the candidate to possess the required knowledge, abilities, and skills.
  • Post high school coursework/training in social/behavioral sciences, education, rehabilitation counseling, or physical/occupational therapy.
  • Experience desired in working with: families of children with special needs and young children, infants and toddlers; a broad variety of community agencies that provide services to young children with disabilities and families; culturally diverse families.
